Sustainability

With increasing globalization, fast fashion has become the cornerstone of most wardrobes. By developing garment and accessory knitting and crochet patterns, InsomniacKnits aims to encourage people to make their clothes and accessories. In doing so, they build a greater appreciation for what they have and are less likely to throw away clothes at the slightest sign of wear.

To reduce waste on our end, we reuse and recycle materials as much as possible, and strive to eliminate single-use plastics for packaging and shipping.

Community

Increased globalization has also made it easier than ever to purchase goods from all over the world, which makes it more difficult for small businesses to stay ahead. On the other hand, InsomniacKnits aims to support small businesses by sourcing production and shipping materials from local businesses.
